The complex Atlantic Beach is located on the island of Maio, Cape Verde archipelago. It is ideally located in the southwest of the island, as it is only 10 minutes from the airport and a few kilometres from the tourist town of Morro and the capital of the island Vila do Maio. The Atlantic Beach project is developed on an area of 62.500 m2, on beachfront. It is a pleasant and familiar resort composed of 322 homes. Atlantic Beach offers several types of homes. The resort consists of 60 villas with 3 bedrooms, distributed in 1 or 2 floors; and of 262 apartments with 2 bedrooms, divided into blocks of 6, 8 or 12 units. On first line of the beach are located the single-family villas and in second line the duplexes. The single-family villas have a private pool and the apartments will have several communal swimming pools spread out in the complex.
The project includes areas of common use: community pools, playgrounds for children, bar-restaurant, cafeteria, reception. In addition, you will have Beach Club, diving club and surf club.
It is a project that has the support of the Government of Cape Verde and its institutions and that has all the necessary approvals and licenses.
